HOW TO USE OUR WEBSITE - in depth explaination
Opening Your Account - select register at the top right corner of the page, filling out all the relevant details and submitting at least three trade references for verification purposes.
Designing Service - select the 'CAD - Custom Design' tab at the top of the page and proceed to fill out the relevant fields, naming each project appropriately (one design request only per-submittal).
You may upload any images that you think will help us to understand your design request more clearly. Images could included any sketches that you have made or photos that you have taken or saved, you may add up to five images with each project and you may also add weblinks into the comments section at the end when submitting the new design request.
You will automatically receive email notifications as each stage is completed, such as the following, CAD Service, CAM, Casting, hallmarking, clean & assemble and finally postage or collection.
Once you select submit you will notice at the lower left section of the screen the progress of any files being uploaded which will depend upon the quality of your internet connection's upload speeds.
CAM Service - to upload any of your STL files, select the 'CAM - STL Upload' tab in the top menu. Here you can upload one file or in batch amounts. Simply name the file appropriately, two part pieces or even multi part pieces must be broken down and submitted individually by using the 'Add More Files' button which can be found just above (in blue writing) where you input each project name.
Filling out each field will help us determine what additional services are required after the CAM procedure has been completed.

Master Pattern & Mould Service - You may request that each design or CAM submittal piece be finished as a master pattern and then subsequently have a mould for such master made by making mention in the comments section within the main order processing area of each service.
Casting Services - Metal type can be selected, including own metal (that being supplied by customers) during the order process and is part of the tracking system we have in place. Within the CAD design processing area, you may have items that are two tone or multiple coloured metals, please specify clearly which parts are to be cast in whatever colour required in the comments section provided in the main order section. Metals used in the process will be invoiced via your choice of metal supplier that you make known to us.Currently we only accommodate casting orders related to the CAD & CAM services through our website and we do not process any mould injecting requests or provided waxes by any of our customers in our web service, these orders will be taken care of through the usual manner of processing.
Quote System - Before submitting either a Design request or a CAM upload, you can use our 'Quote Request' function located at the bottom of each respective page, this function simply allows you to submit your design idea or prototyping file through to us to review for pricing. We will then reply to you via email & within your account page with the price by which you can confirm using the 'Confirm Quote' button contained within our reply.Once you have confirmed the quote, we will begin the production process.
