Production Schedule

CAD (Computer Aided Design)- Between 5 - 10 working days (season and design complexity depending)

We make every effort to work within your time-frame and as much as our capacity will allow. We suggest you submit your requests through our website's design process (here) and we will assess each project on a job per job basis.

CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing)- Between 1- 3 working days (design collections and oversized out-of-norm jewellery pieces excluded) Click (here) to upload any files you may have

Casting Services- three times a week for all metal groups

Casting days are Mon/ Wed/ Fri* and cast pieces will be ready on the following work day (Mon/Tue/Thurs). All waxes need to be delivered by 12pm (noon) Mondays and Wednesday or by 9am on Fridays mornings.

Castings will be ready for collection by 12pm (Mon/Tues/Thurs)

*Friday casts are for rapid burnout only so we do not recommend sending resins for casting on this day, we also do not do any bulk casting on this day either as large cans of items cannot be rapidly burnt out.
All items can be posted via next day delivery throughout Ireland if required

Clean & Assembly- Between 1-5 working days (season and design complexity depending, please contact us directly to discuss)
Hallmarking service is available through us and can be selected/requested through our online order process and will add approximately 2 days (assay office depending) to the order time
Master pattern & mould Making - please leave your request to avail of this service in the comments section during the order process stage, moulding generally takes place twice a week and can take up to 10 days to turn around the final castings from each mould
